WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME FOR A DELIVERY?

If the recipient is not home the delivery will be left either in a safe location or with a neighbour, if neither possible, returned to the store. There will be a 'not at home card' to explain the options of pick up from the store or re-deliver. A re-delivery can incur an additional delivery charge.

DO YOU DELIVER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY?

Delivery can be made in the Rockhampton and Gracemere area only on a Saturday morning. Sunday, the store is closed.

ARE THERE SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES?

Our courier service is active throughout the day delivering to hospitals, homes and business addresses and funeral services. It is preferred that if a morning delivery is required the order be received the day before. Funeral services are delivered one hour before the service.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF FLOWERS?

Our flowers are conditioned before being arranged for your order. It is best to keep them out of drafts and not under fans. Check water level daily. "Care of your Flowers' cards are included with each order.

WILL I GET WHAT I SEE?

The photographs are designs created by Flower Box Rockhampton of our own work. It is a guide and cross section of some of the styles that are available. Some flowers are delivered in Bud to give your selection longer life. Flowers and foliages are living things and no two are exactly the same, which will give a slight variation each time a style is created.
