Delivery Information

• ORDER by 12 NOON MON – FRI to have Standard Delivery areas of your online florist order to postcode areas 4700, 4702 and 4703
• Your order may be received later than 12 noon, but we will try to have your flowers delivered as soon as can be arranged with the courier service.
• If you require delivery to an area not included in this offer please call or email us to check price and availability of delivery, as some areas may be more difficult to reach.
• We do deliver to all surrounding areas. Prices will vary for these extra delivery areas.

Click and Collect

• Confirmed orders for Click and Collect will be available within 1–2 hours
• Wait for a "ready to collect" SMS before coming in to the store.
• Click and collect orders close at 3pm Monday to Friday

Quality & Substitution of Flowers and Foliage

Seasonal conditions affect the availability of flowers and foliages. This means that some of these are not available all year round. The Flower Box Rockhampton reserves the right to make a suitable substitute with the best flowers available and at the same time maintaining full value for your order.

Recommended Flower Care

Our flowers are conditioned before being arranged for your order. It is best to keep them out of drafts and not under fans. Check water level daily.

Containers, Accessories & Gifts

We will use the container, accessory or gift illustrated wherever possible, should any of these not be available a similar style and value will be substituted.
